Wow that is so true. That is a great quote! It is hard sometimes to think before we speak and act, but since I started taking a step back and thinking before I act and speak, I am way less stressed LOL

We hear bits of these things throughout our lives and don’t really put them together or realise the impact of this progression- thought to words to action to habits to destiny. When will we see serious study of personal development in schools and have young people start off sooner to more prosperous and fulfilling lives? Thank you for sharing this quote
