Lehman Hailey My background is in the mortgage finance industry. I owned a company that was licensed in 13 states and had about 40 employees working for us. Looking back on those days I now realize that what I was doing was being a slave to the company that I owned. I was working 13-14 hrs per day making sure the employees as well as our customers were happy. Now don’t get me wrong, the money was pretty good but not worth never seeing my wife and two sons.
Back in Oct. 2004 I saw an ad online about starting a home-based business part time and replacing your income within a few months. I thought to myself….If I could just make half of what I was making, eliminate having to baby sit employees, and be able to spend time with my family they could count me in! I answered the ad and reviewed the information. To me it was simple. There was a system in place and all I had to do was follow the leader. I got started and within 3 months I had more than replaced my income and shut down my mortgage company.
Quite honestly, I was not really expecting things to go as well as they did. I never really thought that it was even possible to make this kind of money from home without a ton of employees working for you. This internet/online industry can be very lucrative and rewarding if you run your business the right way and know what you are doing.
Looking back, my success was all possible because of a few simple choices I made along the way…..1. I needed to believe in what I was doing and make sure that I was providing value for the people I worked with 2. I needed someone who was willing to show me exactly what to do to make that 20k+ each and every month. Well, I found it. The internet/online business industry in notorious for giving you 95% of what you need to be successful with the other 5% being the most valuable parts, the parts that actually make you the money. The important 5% is what I teach and is what you need to know when going into business for yourself. This 5% is the difference in having an ultra successful business and a business that makes a little spending money.
